Targeted Treatment at the Dermal Layer
This is a radiofrequency (RF) microneedling system that uses both pulsed wave (PW) and continuous wave (CW) RF energy. This dual-wave capability allows it to selectively target abnormal tissue, including dilated blood vessels and irregular melanin deposits, while leaving surrounding healthy tissue intact.
Unlike standard RF microneedling which focuses primarily on collagen induction, the pulsed wave mode has a unique selectivity for compromised basement membrane zones, making it particularly effective for redness, rosacea, pigmentation disorders, and skin quality improvement.

Rosacea & Facial Redness
Pulsed wave RF selectively targets and coagulates the abnormal superficial vessels responsible for chronic facial redness and rosacea.
Broken Capillaries
Destroy dilated superficial blood vessels that appear as fine red lines on the cheeks, nose, and chin.

How It Works
Pulsed wave RF (selective)
Pulsed wave RF is selectively absorbed by abnormal structures, irregular vessels and compromised basement membrane zones, at a specific pulse duration. Normal surrounding tissue is not affected, allowing targeted destruction without surface damage.
Continuous wave RF (collagen)
Continuous wave RF delivers consistent thermal energy to the dermis, heating collagen fibres and triggering a remodelling response that produces new, organised collagen for structural skin improvement.
Non-ablative delivery
Treatment is delivered via microneedles that bypass the epidermis and deposit energy precisely at the dermal target depth, minimising surface disruption and downtime.
Dual-wave protocol
The combination of PW and CW modes in a single session allows simultaneous treatment of vascular concerns, pigmentation, and structural laxity for a comprehensive outcome.
What to Expect
The Procedure
Sessions take 30 to 60 minutes. Topical numbing cream is applied 30 minutes before. Microneedles deliver RF energy across the treatment area in passes. Most customers describe mild pressure and warmth, with minimal discomfort given the numbing.
Downtime
Mild redness and small pinpoint marks for 24 to 48 hours. Skin may feel warm and slightly tight. Avoid sun exposure and active skincare ingredients for 3 to 5 days. Most customers resume normal activities the following day.
Results & Longevity
Vascular and pigment results are often visible earlier, from 1 to 2 weeks. Collagen improvements develop progressively over 3 months after each session. A course of 3 to 4 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended.
