Polynucleotide (PN) injections are a skin healing treatment derived from salmon DNA (polydeoxyribonucleotide, PDRN). It works by activating the skin's own repair mechanisms, stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen and restore healthy skin function.

How It Works
PDRN cell activation
Polydeoxyribonucleotide fragments bind to receptors on skin cells, triggering a signalling cascade that activates growth factors, reduces inflammation, and stimulates collagen-producing cells to regenerate the skin.
Fibroblast stimulation
Polynucleotide therapy activates fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, leading to gradual structural improvement in the skin.

What to Expect
The Procedure
Sessions take 30 to 45 minutes. Topical numbing cream is applied beforehand. Multiple micro-injections are made across the treatment area using a fine needle. Most customers describe mild stinging or pressure at each injection point.
Downtime
Minimal. Small red pinpoint marks may be visible for a few hours. Mild swelling at injection sites typically resolves within 1 to 2 days. Most customers return to normal activities the same day.
